A Hydrotherapy Pool is a pool designed specifically for therapeutic purposes. So this is what we installed:

  • Size: our pool is a 5 mtr long, 2.5 mtr wide,1.4 mtr deep purpose built Container Pool.
  • Temperature: a 12kw heat pump keeps our water at a relaxing and therapeutic temperature range for dogs of between 28C-32C.
  • Equipment: a 3HP swim jet can be used for massage and resistance work
  • Sanitation: our chlorinator system uses Element Mineral Salt which is a sodium-based, magnesium-enriched blend   which aids in relaxing muscles, reducing stress and is gentle on eyes and sensitive skin.
  • Testing: we monitor and test our water at the start of each client day to insure it is safe, clean, and warm before you arrive!

As we are an open air outdoor environment so we recommend you bring the following:

  • Warm jacket or blanket for your dog to wear after swims (Windproof coats can be hired for a small cleaning fee if forgotten)
  • Warm jacket and/or sunhat for you to wear
  • Towel or waterproof blanket for your dog to sit on in the car on the way home

 Yes! Please...

  • Don't feed your dog up to 3hrs before their session
  • Give them opportunity to toilet before you arrive on site
  • Make sure they are not caked in mud or sand
  • Cancel if your dog is unwell, vomits or has diarrhea within 48 hours of your session
