Things to know about our unique setup

Our hydrotherapy pool is open air (not enclosed, so bring a jacket in winter!) and is located at our residential home in Marsden Valley. We have worked with Nelson City Council (NCC) to ensure we obtained the necessary Resource Consent to operate as a Home Occupation in this beautiful environment. To help make you and your pet’s visit more enjoyable, and keep our neighbours and NCC happy, we have a few guidelines we ask you to follow and respect:

  • For the safety of your dog and others, all dogs must be kept on lead upon arrival and departure. All retractable leads must be kept short and locked.
  • You are required to stay with your dog for the full length of your session. One session, one dog, one owner
  • Parking is provided onsite for you to use. We ask that you do not park on Elderberry Lane. However you are more than welcome to park on Sanctuary Drive or Quail Rise and walk to us.
  • We are at the end of a shared driveway. Please drive slowly and be mindful of our neighbours needs.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment, but no more than 5 minutes early. This is to ensure we have no more than one client dog on the premises at one time.
  • Please ensure that your dog is clean, and any excess fur is removed. This enables us to maintain our water quality for the betterment of all our clients and us.
  • No dirty or muddy footwear is to be worn within the pool area.
  • Please make sure your dog does not bark continuously and/or excessively out of respect of our neighbours.
